We automatically combine if you have several orders and refund excess postage that sometimes results . Most times the products are combined in a single box and there is a reduction in postage costs. We work hard to ship each shipment as economical as possible.

We are unable to ship tropical plants to northern states during most of the winter. and heat in summer We will hold your shipment until temps in your area are above 40 degrees at night for at least 4 nights in a row, and day time temps are below 94 degrees. We try to send advance notice, but always email a tracking number. If you ordered on ebay, please register as a TropicalWorldusa.com customers with your direct email for notification of shipment being made. Shipments sent against our judgement will not be insured by our insurance offering. With years of experience it is best to just wait as it is disappointing for shipments to arrive dead, or damaged. After plants are picked up or shipped, Tropical World is not responsible for damage in transit such as heat exposure, freezing , delay or mishandling of plants by the transportation company.
