With paypal's new policy we will only be refunding excess postage in the form of reward points immediately usable on our regular website. We encourage you to write paypal and protest this unfair charge they are implementing in May which ultimately affects the consumer. The seller now pays listing fee, transaction fee, fee on postage and now fee on refunds. There is nothing left for the seller but to raise prices.
