Due to occasional rough handling from shipping carriers, some potting mix can come loose and/or a couple leaves can break. This is considered acceptable damage. Plants are carefully wrapped individually to prevent major damage. As long the core structure/crown of the plant is not harmed the plant can still grow. Loose mix and a couple broken leaves are "acceptable damage." Prolonged transit time may result in wilted plants. Wilted plants usually revive with gradual re-moistening the potting mix and placing in a clear bag out of direct light for a couple days. Please contact us for assistance.
